If you are unhappy with your purchase and need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am to 4 pm Eastern, or if we are away from the phone you can leave us a voice mail for a return call. Please remember to give your name, item number, order number and contact information such as phone number and email so we can reach out to you as soon as possible.

  • Returns are accepted in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or full refund.
  • Shipping and handling are not refundable.
  • Returns that are a part of a free shipping promotion will be subject to restocking fees equal to the shipping fees incurred.
  • Returns made outside of the specified above time frame will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
  • We will replace any item damaged in shipping. In order to process your claim please send a photo of the damage to info@marybdecorativeart.com. Keep all packaging materials and damaged pieces while your claim is being processed. We will file the claim and handle all the paperwork for you.
